3D printed Motorola MT500 with audio effects via a Pi Pico.

Model is not my own.

The body is PLA, spray painted with a combination of truck bed liner for the textured black and chrome for the silver parts.

The antenna is TPU, dipped in liquid electrical tape.

The guts are a speaker, amp board, Pi Pico and small lipo board and battery. Charging does require removing the cover. I might install a port later.

Pressing the talk button powers the board and immediately plays a sample. Sample collection contains a collection of radio noise and samples from the scene from the Sedgwick hotel. There's then a delay before the next sample is played.

It's designed to live in a belt holster and sound like background chatter is happening on the radio.
