#BikeStreak Day 110:
Last full day to train for the #MSTRAM so I rode 50 miles, Douglas Trail to Pine Island and then back via county roads. One of the roads I chose has two pioneer era cemeteries with gravestones dating back 140 and 150+ years ago. It is interesting to find the pioneer and ghost town cemeteries still maintained and often still in use scattered around the countryside. It makes you wonder what those ghost towns were like back then.

@ascentale @bikenite Joining in early Saturday AM from south central Minnesota. Cycle related project was to move the mirror from my old unused bike to the real bike after making a poor decision crossing a light rail track. Went down hard in the intersection in front of traffic but walked away with a few scrapes and a hole in my riding pants. Only thing broken was my mirror so that was this weeks project. Oh, and I’m packing for a BikeMS ride in #minnesota this week. #mstram #bikenite
#BikeStreak Day 109:
I had a couple of errands to run up in the Twin Cities today, so I took the opportunity to bring my #bicycle and I did a tour of Minneapolis: Minnehaha Creek, Lake Nokomis, Lake Harriet, Bde Maka Ska, Lake of the Isles, Cedar Lake, the Mississippi River, the Midtown Greenway with a stop at a brewery and a Mexican food truck along the way for 40 miles. Then I stopped at Kramarczuk's for brats and REI for a new tent. I'm closer to being ready for the #MSTRAM .

#MSTRAM Day 3:
Today we rode our #bicycles from Faribault to St Peter for 48 miles. The majority of the route was via the Sakatah Singing Hills State Trail from Faribault to Madison Lake and then county roads for the remainder.
The weather was pleasant, partly cloudy and light wind in the upper 60'sF, nearly ideal.
Tomorrow we ride a loop, so an easier day without breaking or setting up camp.
