Watching the Timbers match from earlier tonight and YET AGAIN thanking my lucky stars I dropped my season ticket over Paulson's shenanigans a couple of years ago. If the Timbers vs San Jose results stand, this has been the worst start (in terms of points earned) in their first 13 regular season games since 2012 where they only earned 13 points.

Right now, Timbers have 12 points going into the match and, if the current 2-0 loss stands, will finish 13 games with 12 points.

Yikes.

Awesome to see Borussia Dortmund flying, frustrated that the Spurs can't get it together, and 🤷🏻‍♂️ re: the Timbers at this point. I feel sorry for the Timbers players but not for the ownership.

#NWSL has announced corrective actions!

Notably Paul, Rory, Christy, and Richie are all banned for life, while others named in the reports can only be rehired if certain conditions are met.

Also, the Thorns have been fined $1 million, and somehow they're allowing Paulson's pledged $1mil donation to satisfy this fine.

Also also the sale of the club appears to be a required part of the NWSL's corrective action against the Thorns.
