a couple of remarks about the order form:
• 'cartrdges' is missing an 'i'
• it mentions UE countries. I'm guessing that's perhaps correct in French (where it's probably something like Union Europeàn), but my first assumption was United (Arabic) Emirates, rather than the EU.
• Surname and Name fields really should just be a single Name field, to accommodate people who use a #mononym (whether that's their real name or their online handle).

I'm surprised I haven't seen #mononym mentioned yet. Especially since registration forms often assume that people have a first name and last name, making it rather difficult for them to register with their preferred or even actual name.
(This was a major issue in the early days of #GooglePlus for instance, which made #nymwars a rather trending topic.)
