for 2 days I’ve been trying out the crow stand with a pillow between my knees and the back of my arm because OUCH! It’s SO difficult and unlike learning the frog, I keep FALLING out of it!! but i can still feel it coming along.i cannot wait to start nailing down more of these precursor moves to the handstand, which is my eventual goal!!
I’m also working on my hip flexibility so that I can improve the look of the floorwork I learned last month at pole. floorwork and pole walks should have been the easiest but it was what i struggled with the most the last 2 months😭 i go back to classes second week of april and im moving up and out of intro and i don’t wanna suck 😭
i’ll keep this account updated on my progress :D wow, i do not miss inst*gram and the anxiety of posting there in front of a ton of folks from work or school. for some reason, i don’t like for them to know what i’m up to. 😭 it’s protective, i think- if i allow for too much disruption from what they already perceive me as, they might bother me. judge me 😳. so I like to let them think i’m kind of shy and reserved and helpless that way i’m left alone. but i can really be myself here!! talk about whatever i want!! >:) #monkeybusiness
