“Eric Trump & Donald Trump Jr. are not walking away from the statements of #financial condition,” Robert said. But, he argued, evidence will show there was nothing materially wrong w/the statements.

Justice #Engoron asked whether it was his position that there were no #misstatements in the financial statements. Robert insisted that there were no “#material” misstatements.
