soy un completo novato pero quiero montarme un pequeño homelab en casa con un MiniPC y al menos 2TB de almacenamiento, principalmente para:

- home assistant para domótica
- nextcloud para guardar archivos
- immich para sincronizar fotos
- vaultwarden para contraseñas

por lo que me he estado informando, Ubuntu Server con CasaOS por encima es de las opciones más sencillas para empezar, pero se aceptan sugerencias de configuraciones, cosas chulas que pueda meterle, etc 🤓

Looking to rebuild a server (Windows) for a client and they currently have a full tower system. It's probably overkill for their needs - an accounting app that relies on a SQL Server database.

Checking the CPU usage etc on their existing (Windows Server 2012!!) build shows me the hardware is not being taxed.

Am I crazy for thinking a Minisforum MS-01 is a potential option. Thinking Proxmox / XCP-NG with a Win Server 2022 guest (maybe split the app and DB?).
