The #Mindflayers of #Thoon first appeared in 3.5's Monster Manual 5, as a cult that follow a mysterious and secret god or demigod or Great Old One. #Thoon isn't described in detail, which is good in my opinion, but Thoon has disciples with cleric levels - 1/2
