The recently released #EpsteinFiles make it crystal clear that #Epstein's involvement in #crypto was much deeper and long lasting than had been previously understood.

Not only do we now know that Epstein funded bitcoin's development team at #MIT starting from 2015, we also now know that #Epstein introduced #Tether co-founder, #SteveBannon business partner, #EOS scammer, and man with an extremely sordid history of sex crimes against children #BrockPierce to former #Harvard president #LarrySummers. Summers would go on to join the board of #DigitalCurrencyGroup (#DCG), the most important crypto VC fund in the U.S.

I converted the text message logs in the recently released 20,000 pages of Epstein effluence to a more friendly format, deanonymized them, and read them. You should too.

Almost 50% of the text messages released by congressional Republicans are Epstein texting back and forth with his best friend Steve Bannon, which I must admit was pretty surprising.

Over the course of the texts Epstein describes himself as a member of the Republican party ("on the same team") and apparently one who was #MAGA enough to be besties with Bannon).

Bannon and Epstein do things like tell jokes, talk about their friends in the chinese mafia (#MilesGuo), tease each other about girlfriends, and plot to overthrow democracy and install fascism with #cryptocurrency,

@Osteopenia_Powers @jab01701mid i have read that epstein hired Bannon as a kind of "crisis PR" guy, which makes sense seeing as how bannon managed to get Trump from the access hollywood tape moment to an election victory with aggressive and kinda bizarre press tactics.

if your rep was as bad as epstein's at that time you'd hire a guy like bannon in a minute. the real question is why was bannon willing to work for epstein. bannon's not super pro-israel but one thing i've learned reading thousands of epstein's emails is that both he and bannon hate the #PRC.

Guo (aka Guo Wengui) is an associate of Stephen Bannon who was arrested on Guo's yacht in 2020. Bannon goes to trial in Feb for unrelated 'We Build the Wall' fraud charges

Miles Guo¹, the #FTX connected man on whose yacht Steve Bannon was arrested a while back, made some interesting public statements about #Tether, #Binance, and the Chinese government before he firebombed his Park Ave. apartment on the way to being arrested for fraud.

I don't believe everything he says but I suspect he's correct about the #PRC getting Binance's user records.

Every reporter I spoke to who had reported on or planned to report on Guo said legitimately frightening things started to happen as they were collecting information. Getting followed, suspected phone hacking, etc.
