After a workout, I was starving, but went for a plant-based protein feast.
White miso zoni , mochi , mackerel , dried napa cabbage , dried cabbage and spinach . Added a warm veggie salad đĨ with broccoli , onion , carrot , okra , and herring đ dressed with classic sanbaizu dressing. Finished with Kinkoji â a glorious mix of almonds and dark chocolate đĢ to keep the cravings at bay.
