@majorlinux For me, yes. This is a frequent result in my life of long covid + neurodiversity + (excess sensory stimulation and/or intellectual or emotional challenge). I didn’t have a word for it before, so thank you!
Sometimes the mental pain is associated with a physical headache, but often it is just overwhelming cognition. I use a sleep mask with Bluetooth speakers and specific EMDR-like audio to let me cope, nap, and reset.
