RIP Charles Handy

There are few 'management gurus' for whom the term doesn't look like unwarranted exaggeration put forward by their publisher, but Charles Handy was one of the few.

Across numerous publications & presentations, Handy set out a more humane capitalism & a better way of being a manager... more often than not honoured in the breach by managers who talk the talk, but seldom walk the walk, Handy remained a voice of good sense.
