My ab exercise is letting my cat make biscuits on my stomach and tensing my muscles so she isn't kneading my internal organs.

Why do we call it making "biscuits," though? The last thing you want to do is overwork your biscuit/scone dough. Making "bread" would make more sense. But I guess it's not as cute.
