Great community partnership between the Municipality of #NorthCowichan and #CowichanValley Disc Gold club. This past weekend volunteers installed the sign posts which they also built at the Fuller Lake Arena municipal forest disc gold course. Working together to benefit the whole community and visitors alike is a such a great feeling.

At our #NorthCowichan council meeting last night I did my best to support my fellow councillor's motion to call on the province to start a formal review of raw log exports in #BritishColumbia . Unfortunately it was deafeated 4 to 3 as the commentary was that we shouldn't cause any impact to Mosaic's operation on PMFL. Unfortunate as we have lost 2 mills (650+jobs) in last few months.
