Hö? Ich hab Line Noise während der Warteschlangenmusik beim Arzt? Manchmal Gerausche wie wenn jemand in den Hörer bläst und manchmal Stimmen dabei, Sprechweise typisch für den Empfangstresen, konnte wegen dem Rauschen und weils so leise war nichts verstehen. Die Warteschlangenmusik ist in Schleife gelaufen, der Störfunk nicht.

So yeah... #Feeld has been down for a while. My recollection is that they were supposed to go down yesterday at 1am Eastern Time (6am GTM) and be down for 12 hours. They've been down for more than 24 hours now.

Looks like someone miscalculated.

My imagination is running wild:

DBA Boss: Shit! I zapped the database accidentally.

DBA Underling: Not to worry. I'll restore it from the backups.

Boss: So how's the restoring coming along... We're already past the 12-hour deadline that we gave yourselves.

Underling: It is still going to take a while.

Boss: So where's my data?

Underling: Er... I'm sorry.

Boss: Why?

Underling: Turns out the data was encrypted, but nobody has the key.

Boss: What???

Underling: We've spent the last past hours transferring unreadable garbage.

Boss: I need a solution! Yesterday!

Underling: I hear seppuku is nice this time of year.
