make installing valkey with USE_SYSTEMD=yes and forgetting to install libsystemd-dev gives interesting results (valkey runs for a while then stops on "user request"

Yay, #Debian reduces #OpenSSH dependencies (in Debian Unstable for now) and removes #libsystemd dependency.
