I'm a historian whose research focuses on the history of women and children during the US Progressive Era. My most recent book focused on the queer history of the women's suffrage movement. I also enjoy writing about the history of the women's self-defense movement.

I like to share information about LGBTQ history, suffrage history, and stories about historical badasses like suffragists who practiced jiu-jitsu to fight back against police brutality.
