Google denies ‘misleading’ reports of Gmail using your emails to train AI

Google is pushing back on posts claiming it has changed its policy to use your Gmail messages and attachments to train AI models, telling The Verge that it does not train Gmail content for training Gemini.

The training looks like it is starting to converge and should be near to completion.

Each epoch is about 100 minutes. I couldn't get nnU-net to use metal with pytorch on my mac so it's going really slow. Plus, the data I am using for training is big.
