Of all the solutions to #NZ #Housing issues, has anyone with any knowledge ever suggested that this is the lesson we should learn from #leakybuildings, sinking houses, #asbestos, building in flood prone areas?

#ACTPartynz might have come up with thinking that is outside the box , and meet the #freemarket ideals, but not sure it is sensible. So pretty much what I would expect from #DavidSeymour
