Which is the entire reason why in UK we’re still building 20th century homes, unfit for 2050. All for short term profit. It’s completely inexcusable that we have not adopted sensible & necessary building standards.

Of all the solutions to #NZ #Housing issues, has anyone with any knowledge ever suggested that this is the lesson we should learn from #leakybuildings, sinking houses, #asbestos, building in flood prone areas?

#ACTPartynz might have come up with thinking that is outside the box , and meet the #freemarket ideals, but not sure it is sensible. So pretty much what I would expect from #DavidSeymour
