Loved seeing the Shawlands Pier event outside Langside Hall in Glasgow on Saturday. It's a great use of the space, and the weather was pretty much perfect, too. It'll be there until the 4th of August, so fingers-crossed the weather holds!

Father Clyde on a keystone on John Gibson's 1840s National Bank of Scotland Building (which is now Langside Hall). I particularly like the detail of the fish with rings in their mouths on his headress.

Designed by John Gibson, this grand Italian Renaissance style building was originally constructed as the National Bank of Scotland on Queen Street in Central Glasgow.

It was deconstructed and moved to its current location on Langside Avenue on the southside of the city in 1901 where it was renamed Langside Hall.
