settima@uastronomer Thank you. Odd yes, but it's a lamp from #Panton or #Knoll / #Vitra so I assume they wanted the owner to have it professionally repaired. I asked them years ago because I was looking for a replacement dome but they told me the lamp is no longer produced.
It's also impossible to remove the cable from the metal fitting. Bah…
