Cycling won. The cycle hub was refused permission, primarily due to not being near any cycle route yet built. We told them to build the routes first. Repeatedly. Why won't the councils listen to us?
Also, I'm astounded someone said "I'm a cyclist myself" before arguing against the cycling campaign. Don't they know that meme?
