I got the best mushrooms yesterday from #bygaard which I am turning now into ketchup. Will first lacto ferment them, then create a flavorful vinegar pickling base tomorrow. Recipe comes from 'Our Fermented lives ' from Julia Skinner #juliaskinner #ourfermentedlives #ketchup
