Ik vermoed dat dit de Zuidelijke heidelibel (Sympetrum meridionale) is.
In warmere landen, zoals in het zuiden van Europa, kunnen we deze heidelibel regelmatig aantreffen. Maar in Nederland is het zeker geen alledaagse verschijning!

I think this might be a Southern Darter Dragonfly (Sympetrum meridionale). In warmer countries, like southern Europe, you'll come across this dragonfly quite often. But here in the Netherlands, it's definitely not something you see every day!

De houtpantserjuffer komt vrij algemeen voor in de wereld. Toch is de juffer wel bijzonder met betrekking tot de afzet van eitjes; als enige onder de juffers gebeurt dit bij haar onder de bast van boomtakken die boven het water hangen. Bij het uitkomen vallen de nimfen in het water en brengen daar het nimfestadium door.

The willow emerald damselfly is fairly common around the world. However, it is quite unique when it comes to laying eggs; it is the only damselfly species that deposits its eggs beneath the bark of tree branches hanging over water. When the eggs hatch, the nymphs fall into the water and spend their nymph stage there.
