Finally finished reading the #jan6threport and to say I am relieved is an understatement. Scariest book I ever read. Gave me nightmares, no exaggeration.

But I believe that the fundamental difference between conspiracy theories and reality is evidence. Many people took the time to gather this doorstop of a book's worth of evidence about one of the most important events of our lifetimes, and I wanted to be able to say I had examined it thoroughly. #election2024

I'm basically a softie. I do feel a little sorry for those (mostly white, middle-aged, stupid) guys who blindly followed Trump and are now going to jail.

But dammit! Do you have to face a jail sentence before you wake up to what the #OrangeMenace was trying to do to this country?!
