Indie #iOSDevs let's all share what our apps look like when built for #iOS26 with #Xcode26 🧵👇

Out of the box screenshots only - tweaking is cheating 😁

@zenitizer needs a lot of work to blend in and take advantage of #LiquidGlass but at least it compiles and is usable 😅

Hey folks! It’s been a while! I hope everyone’s had a great year so far! The annual try! Swift Tokyo conference was this past week, and since there are a few guests in Tok

#iOSDevs → have you ever removed a feature from your app? What led you to it? Was it usage data, feedback, maintenance complexity, or just gut feeling?

Or is feature removal something you’ve never considered? Why?

Curious to hear your experiences.

Hey #iosDevs

I need a quick reminder. If I'm going after a multi-word keyword like “super cool app", is it sufficient to add keywords separately, like “super, cool, app”, or do you need to specifically use the unseparated version?

Why Kotlin Multiplatform Teams Should Share Source, not Binaries

Virtually all native mobile teams evaluating KMP start with a library publishing model. KMP module libraries are written, versioned, and "consumed" by the apps. The classic approach is to build ...

Calling #iOSDevs for some help. I want to recreate the ‘symbol picker’ from Reminders.

Currently, have an enum with a case for each SF icon and will run a ForEach on it.

Is there is a better way?

Bonus points if you can point me to a tutorial to include the emoji picker too!

Oof. GitHub CI is *so slow.* Trying to fix a failure in CI that doesn’t fail locally. Extending the timeout to see if that fixes the issue. But every time I re-run it, I have to wait ~14 minutes to see if it’s still failing vs. less than a minute locally.

I’d love to see benchmarks comparing Xcode Cloud vs. GitHub Actions. Do any #Swift or #iOSDevs know if this exists?

How do #iOSDevs prepare screenshots for the App Store? Do you use any services to make the creation (eg adding device frames, background and copy etc.) easier?
