Companies outside of Texas that don't have transmission lines in Texas can now do business in Texas, per a federal judge's ruling.
According to the suit, "NextEra alleged that SB 1938 was unconstitutional under the Commerce Clause because it discriminates against interstate commerce on its face, in effect, and in purpose."

They upheld #NLRB rulings that were basically indistinguishable from others they'd invalidated. They reversed themselves on #InterstateCommerce and opened the door to regulating coal mines. Then they came for sweatshop garment factories.
