Companies pay more in facility costs and salaries for #inpersonwork than #RemoteWork but there is still a growth in demand for people to be on-site. The #productivity research I’ve seen doesn’t support the value of inperson vs remote.

How do we, as employees help companies get over this remote aversion?

The only valid reason for the return to in-person work is to have a place to anonymously unload your less-than-stellar baking experiments on your co-workers.

I don't miss working in the office at all, but I do occasionally miss being able to stick my disappointing cakes and cookies in the pantry and know that someone somewhere will be hungry enough to eat them.

It's still not worth it to go back to in-person work, though, and I'd rather suffer through eating my own baking failures than catch #covid19 multiple times a year.

One of the perks of being in the office is getting flowers from coworkers’ gardens delivered to your desk. #bloomscrolling #inpersonwork #deskwork #cubiclelife
