I made it clear when moving to the Cascade Mountains that I am only interested in COOL, COLD, or EXTREMELY COLD days. And yet the day I was delivered this morning has been HELLISHLY HOT.
I attempted to return it in exchange for a day that would make me less miserable, but was told this wasn't possible. Total customer service failure!
