NoholI reveal only what I conceal and I conceal what I reveal. It is paradoxical because it says the same thing twice in a different way. The subject is given both an extra meaning, like a double meaning or pun, and also a more precise meaning. The statement has some truth in that inevitably every theory must hide its own constructedness to function as an explanation of reality and hence present itself as noncontradictory.
