Tony WellsTurned my PC on today and was asked to install HP Smart after a very slow startup. I don't have any HP printers because they make me cry. This issues was, according to Microsoft, resolved last year. Nope.

Edit: Ran the tool, although it refers to Windows 11, it's an issues that's hit Windows 10 as well, to hopefully banish HP. Until next time....
