Sylkykat (she/her) 📚🖖🦉🐱☕️🇺🇦#HowItStarted #HowItsGoing Been a busy and tiring day. Started off my morning by sliding off my bed and ending up squatting on a low step next to it. My arthritic knees don't squat. So, both knees extra sore and stiff, but nothing else hurt. Had PT guy come this am and do pressure mapping on my chair cushion and the bed. All good. Next up was wound care, which usually takes 2 hours. Now my hubs is putting together our new bedding. I won't be sliding off the bed again. 😉
