Swamp Milkweed is such a pretty plant! Here is one blooming in my backyard. The flowers attract all sorts of pollinators and the leaves are also host to numerous insects from Monarchs to Red Millkweed Beetles and more.

Courting butterflies
Observed a pair of Orchard Swallowtail (Papilio argues) yesterday. The male was hard to photograph only got him in flight. The female came to rest after all the flapping and posed beautifully. I have a couple of native host plants they use so will keep an eye out for caterpillars.
