The Healy Pass, connecting Lauragh and Adrigole on the Cork-Kerry borders on the Beara peninsula, was built as a famine relief project in the 1840s. It winds over the Caha Mountains, and is mostly used by cyclists and tourists nowadays. Towards the top it becomes a series of switchback hairpins, and often features as a tarmac rally stage. #healypass #roadsOfIreland
