Seems to have been a little rain overnight in #Cork but nowhere near what they saw further north.
It's a tiny bit fresher and cooler, but not by much, yet.
Last night, my wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary by attending a cooking experience with #clarenash near #kinsale . She is famous locally for running the Nash 19 restaurant in #cork city center for 30 years.
During our time with her, she taught us how to bake our own Irish soda bread, make dishes with local ingredients, and explained how the food we were eating reflected Irish history.
We had a great time, and the food was absolutely delicious 😋
Yesterday I stopped in to visit our team that is located in the Spaces office at Horgan's Quay in #Cork. I started my position in Ireland from the office, so it seemed appropriate to finish my time there as well. It was also nice seeing everyone there one last time before I left.
