interweavedAnybody knows of a #PCB supplier inside the EU selling 4 layer boards with 0.25mm via in pads to private customers? I fell in love with the STM32U535JE [1], but #eurocircuits is very close to my limits with its HDI pool price and micro vias can not be stacked. Standard pool is 50um short of being able to support the 0.35mm BGA.
Dream scenario: 1mm 4 layer PCB with TH vias 0.09mm drill 0.08 annular ring, filled and caped.
