This is the concept for the new environmental monitor.
- ESP32-S3-MINI-1-N4-R2
- USB-C for power and serial
- Optional 2" Colour LC Display
- Optional PoE (the grey module)
- Ethernet & WiFi
- CO₂
- Temp (several, inc WAGO for DS18B20, and BLE sensors)
- Humidity
- Atmospheric pressure
- Noise level
- Light (including colour)
So now, let's do it using an Ag97005-FL plug in module, making it so PoE is optional on a design...
Literally half the price of using the mag-jack version.

I may finally break in to #Ethernet for my ESP32 projects.
This uses a KSZ8851SNL SPI Ethernet MAC+PHY and a Magjack. I have all the parts and schematic sorted, now to track.
Idea is to get some of these, and link to my test ESP32 boards. If I get all working I can make boards with Ethernet on them.
I'll probably list these test boards on my shop.revk.uk if they work, anyway.
Next step once this is done is PoE...
