Like #HAREC, the Harmonised Amateur Radio Examination Certificate.
Here in Japan, I obtained the lowest amateur radio license in passing the Japanese test for that. As my German license qualifies for HAREC, I got that now transferred and upgraded to the highest class in Japan. HAREC is wider accepted than drivers licenses! 😃
