And, sure enough, we finished up with Half-Life 2, and also cleared the Lost Coast tech demo. Sweet!

The ending was more abrupt than I had expected it would be, truth be told. But maybe that's because there's still Half-Life 2: Episode One and Half-Life 2: Episode Two to go through. So we'll see if the abrupt ending of the main game makes sense.

Aaaand I didn't. But we made it about half-way there. Roughly. By causing an uprising. And being gone for a week. Yes, these two are connected. Though not necessarily in the way you expect

And not get through Ravenholm, we did. Now it's back to fighting the Combine, and we have gone via Highway 17 to arrive at the high-security prison turned *waves arms* "you will see when you get there" of Nova Prospekt.

So far, we have become the… leader? queen? of a pack of antlions who dutifully storm to their deaths and then get replaced by a new one shortly after. Despite, or maybe because of, the antlions being present, I still manage to get hit. A lot  

Next time, we'll pick up the chapter Entanglement, which the Half-Life wiki describes as chapter 9a of 13. So there still is a bunch of stuff ahead of us. Not sure if I'll be able to finish this next time.

And thus, the first Half-Life 2 stream concludes.

We arrived at City 17, got (chased) out of City 17, and took the scenic route with the air boat. Then we showed a Hunter-Chopper who's boss. Following that, we arrived at Black Mesa East, left Black Mesa East (involuntarily), and are now in the process of not going through Ravenholm. Fun times so far!

And we didn't even cause a Resonance Cascade this time around! 🎉
