I enjoyed a panel at the #gpdf about transformation. But one thing got me stuck: the idea, that some people rather want to behave like ants and stay in the back.

I think that’s wrong.

Better stop deformation of people, so to enable transformation of people.

Being at #DruckerForum I‘m surprised how literally none of the biggest issues & their consequence hardly get mentioned at all:

- War in Europe
- Economic crisis
- Global supply chain breakdowns
- Great resignation
- Climate crisis

I‘d agree.

I see 3 core transformation types. 2 that can work, one that is nonsense. And I‘d dare to say, nearly all agile transformations are in the latter less skillful pot!
