I've been obsessively reading everything I can find on the #GOPmeltdown in the House, but I haven't seen anywhere an explanation for why the insurrectionists think they can enact a #TermLimits bill.
I mean, the Constitution establishes the qualifications for Congress and nowhere does it mention prior experience as disqualifying. And, honestly, I can't see an originalist SCOTUS upholding legislation over the plain text of the Constitution.
