Had a parcel out for delivery three times this week. They only actually tried to deliver once; the other two they ran out of time. Parcel delivery side of #RoyalMail: 2/10.

Postie however delivered some mail this morning, so I asked him. He went back to the depot and looked for it personally, found one (but that wasn't late 🤦‍♀️) + brought it round.

He's just been back again, found the late parcel, and brought it to the house. Postie side: 11/10.
