The best part about living in #Europe is that I can get on a train and experience different cultures, architecture etc. We should be copying good, sustainable urbanisation practices (e.g #cyclelanes ) while conserving cities’ identities.

Cooky ideas like putting a traffic cone on a Duke’s statue (à la #glesga ) add extra character to a city, it probably tells us that folk like a drink and roadworks are a commonly occurring thing.These things are fun because they are/were organic though… I think
