We are currently recruiting for a Customer Collection Advisor to join the team at our Head Office which is located just a 12-minute walk from Cowcaddens subway station and free onsite parking is available.Monday - Friday 8.30-5pm (no evenings or weekends) £19,760 per annum + uncapped bonus (OTE £23,000) Permanent, Full TimeResponsibilities Responsible for escalated issues from the Credit Control team. Answer any customer queries regarding disputes with invoices. To monitor and review customer debt – Collection through phone, email and letters. Ability to overcome stalls and objections to come to agreement for debt collection Display a friendly, confident manner, excellent communication skills and a real ability to build a rapport with customers Using your initiative to create original solutions to problems RequirementsExcellent communication skills Previous telephone experience Previous Customer Service experience is desirable however not essential Previous experience in credit control is desirable however not essential Great problem-solving skills Track record in customer query management Ability to work both a team and as an individualEnthusiastic and passionate member of the teamAbility to strive within a busy environmentKnowledgeable on MS Office
