The final text for the #CMA is now available, & for the first time ever, language at #COP28 includes "transitioning away" from #fossilfuels & tripling #renewableenergy. #LossAndDamage fund & mechanisms, #GST, #globaladaptation plan & call for #genderresponsive action were also adopted. The bar has been set rather low, but what remains to be seen is whether action will be taken & progress will be made.
