Okay, the @commonapp #genderfail gets worse. They require BC gender, then splash it all over forms for recommendations/midyear reports/etc.

So the same @[email protected] recruiter manages to mis-gender me twice within a year and sends me another job offer although I declined the first time and said I'm not interested in a new job already. So not cool... #eyeroll #genderfail #notcool #job #grrr
