#Trailrunning in #Mariazell: Hike'n'Run over the #Gemeindealpe, 1,626 m, 900 m EG. Fantastic weather, lots of snow – it would have been good if I had packed my sunglasses. The ascent is so steep that hiking pace was the only option. I had crampons with me and should have used them, but I was too lazy to put them on. From the summit, there’s a magnificent 360° view of the surrounding mountains. The trails downhill and along a lake were great fun.
