(Dipped my toe into Hubzilla again for its calendar functions, but for some reason on its calendar plugin I can only set an event's day but not the time 🤷‍♀️ )

I like #gathio a lot, particularly how the events are displayed, but I would like to keep the history! I also put events on Mobilzion, which does retain the history.

#MMCAG events take place the 3rd Saturday (usually) online at 10am Pacific. We have a quarterly hybrid event; some folks on #Zoom and other folks in person at the Independent Publishing Resource Center (#IPRC) in #PDX

Folks who use gath.io, do your past group events disappear?

Mine do. Every time.

but when I went to the event there's a message on the screen that it was in the past and will be deleted in 5 minutes.

I took some screen captures since usually I just go to my group page and note the profound lack of past events.

Installed another calendar app (KashCal), imported the feed & it has both events. I'll create another event to see if it syncs.

Quite possible. I took this as an opportunity to start moving off Google Calendar, so I'm not familiar yet with Fossify calendar, or .ics either.

I see Fossify has "CalDAV sync" turned off. When I try turning it on, none of the options are for Gathio / my event group. I see no other sync option.
