If you still have domains at Gandi.net be aware that enshitiffication is now in full flow.

They didn't send the usual 60 and 30 day reminders for a domain I have there, instead I got a "domain expires today!" email and the price of renewal had gone from £12.96 last year to near £30 this year.

It was going to expire, so I payed the extortion fee. Really need to move the last 3 awkward customers off of Gandi.

I am currently looking for a new DNS registrar with DNSSEC. I found the DNS analyzer tool https://dnssec-analyzer.verisignlabs.com/heikol.de and love seeing all the green check marks.

The free DNS hosting service https://desec.io with DNSSEC is also interesting.

I think I will switch from gandi to INWX.

The big winner of the migration away from gandi.net is migadu.com

I also tried infomaniak, but the hard sale on the rest of their service gets in the way big time.

The only problem is migration is not as smooth with migadu, because you have to break MX reccord before the new mailbox actually exists.
So there will be interuption of service during the migration for sure
