But seriously, how ridiculous is it that we have to fight our own government to preserve our own environment? The time and energy we spend in resisting the idio-kakistocracy would be better spent in developing strategies to reduce our CO2 emissions and help keep our entire species from careening over the cliff of climate catastrophe (alliteration!).
